Responsibilities
Background:
This development position will support the S4HC implementation team.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the delivery of solutions on the SAP HANA Cloud Platform, specifically in application development and process/data integration
Participates in all phases of application development including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment and support
Assist customers in defining requirements
Leads prototyping and design sessions or workshops
Translate requirements into technical solutions
Develop applications using HTML5, JavaScript and/or Java
SQL is a required skill for this role.
CDS experience/knowledge is preferred.
Design responsive, user centric interfaces using the modern UI5 concepts
Configure specific SAP HANA Cloud Platform services needed to deploy applications
Document functional and technical design specifications
Perform duties in direct support of ongoing projects and support clients, as role will be customer-facing (billable).
Drive personal development in SAP software and consulting skills. Actively seek out support from Management and/or mentoring team
Share technical product knowledge through formal training, webinars, SAP publications, collaboration among colleagues and self-study.
Support the implementation of knowledge management/retention processes, tools and templates.
Support the business development team as needed.
Adhere to the professional standards of Dickinson + Associates in all client engagements.
Support internal projects as assigned.
Be willing to travel up to 50% of the time.

Required Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
2+ years of web application development using the following:
API/OData Services
JavaScript
Java
HTML5
Previous experience developing on the SAP HANA Cloud Platform (preferred)
Previous experience with Process Integration, specifically SAP PI/PO or HANA Cloud Integration (preferred)
Previous experience in database development (preferred)
Proficient in process analysis and understanding of business use cases and requirements
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and concepts
Proficient in analytical thinking and analysis
Proficient in project documentation, specifically Functional Design Specifications, Technical Design Specifications, High Level Design documents and other similar deliverables
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Highly motivated with ability to function independently toward an objective
Achieves and exceeds goals through self-motivation, attention to detail and aversion to complacency
